• All Sales are Final, however pertaining to parts, if the part is available and you provide us a current picture of the unit we will get you the correct part.

• If any defect in the Motor Assembly, Heat Control, Timer, Heating Element or other components (excluding finish and hood) appears at any time within the first year after delivery to the customer, the unit will be repaired or replaced without a repair cost to the customer, providing that the customer pays all shipping charges to and from the Service Center. NOTE: These charges do not cover any refinishing, removing of scratches or dents, etc. or any work required on exterior of unit.
  


• Any returned unit exhibiting evidence of improper use, abuse, misuse, accident or alteration will not be eligible for repair or replacement under this program. In all cases, units are to be returned to Highland Machine & Screw Products Co. freight prepaid. All units will be returned to the customer FOB our plant.
  


• Client is responsible for warranty return shipping to manufacturer for warranty repairs. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
