• * 5 days after receipt of shipment. - Claims for shortage or damage must be reported to YCC
  sales representative.
  * 90 days after receipt of shipment . All products are warranted.
  * 1 Year after receipt of shipment - Electric facial equipment and hydraulic pumps only.
  


• * Customer is required to pay all shipping costs to return any items YCC.
  * If the shipper delivers a package that had obviously been damaged during shipping,
  customer should refuse to receive that package and call their YCC sales representative
  immediately.
  


• Return of repair if the product is under warranty -
  1. All packing material must be saved and be in good condition.
  2. Notify your YCC sales representative. Depending on the situation, some products may not
  need to be returned. YCC may be able to send replacement parts to fix or repair the
  defective item. If the product has to be returned, ask for a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Write down the RAN number on the box to increase the process efficiency and return it to
  YCC.
  4. When the product arrives at YCC, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) the defective
  item to working condition and ship back with the next order.
  


• * If for any reason you desire to return an unused product to YCC, you must do so within 30
  days after receipt of shipment.
  * There will be a 20% restocking fee.
  * All return items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  * You will be responsible to pay the return freight.
  * The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item less all shipping and restocking
  fees.
