    • SO-60M, SV-60, GL-60, AM-60, PA-60 or SQ-60 Styling or All-Purpose Chair Tops that include a H1-B, HS10-GB, HS10-G, HS10-FMB, H1-C, HS10-FR, HS10-SQ, HK-10GB, H26-G, H26-C, HK10-AS, OR HK10-C Hydraulic pumps carry a sliding scale of limited warranty:
      Years 0-2: 100% warranty
      Years 2-3: 75% warranty of the original price of the pump, towards purchase of new pump.
      Years 3-4: 60% warranty of the original price of the pump, towards purchase of new pump.
      Years 4-5: 45% warranty of the original price of the pump, towards purchase of new pump.
      Years 5-6: 30% warranty of the original price of the pump, towards purchase of new pump.
      Years 6-7: 15% warranty of the original price of the pump, towards purchase of new pump.

    • All other Styling or All-Purpose chair Tops that include a H1-B, HS10-GB, HS10-G, HS10-FMB, H1-C, HS10-FR, HS10-SQ, HK-10GB, H26-G, H26-C, HK10-AS OR HK10-C Hydraulic pumps carry a sliding scale of limited warranty:
      Years 0-2: 100% warranty
      Years 2-3: 60% warranty of the original price of the pump, towards purchase of new pump.
      Years 3-4: 40% warranty of the original price of the pump, towards purchase of new pump.
      Years 4-5: 20% warranty of the original price of the pump, towards purchase of new pump.

    • Reclining back mechanisms carry a limited warranty of 2 years for all other SES all-purpose chairs
