AYC may repair or replace at its discretion any product or part deemed to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by an authorized representative of AYC. This warranty covers only the listed components for the following time periods:
  Products: One year parts warranty from date of shipment from AYC
  Parts: One year from date of shipment from AYC
  There are no other warranties, express or implied.
