AB Salon Equipment Terms and Conditions – 2016

General Terms:
All terms and conditions set forth on AB Salon Equipment’s website and invoices are part of a legally binding contract between AB Salon Equipment and the customer. We reserve the right to change or update our Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately. By ordering with AB Salon Equipment, you agree to the terms and conditions. Please review carefully. Order Process:
AB Salon Equipment has representatives checking and updating our website daily to ensure all pricing is the lowest possible, and to ensure all information is accurate. AB Salon Equipment adds new products and sales often, so check back often. 

When ordering online at www.absalonequipment.com, please ensure all details (color, sizes, quantity, etc) are correct, as well as your address and contact information. Photos on our website are not always completely accurate; please review description for correct information.

Availability:

All goods are subject to availability; if an item is on backorder or discontinued, you will be notified by an AB Salon Equipment representative within 24 hours either by email or phone call. We will hold your order until we receive a response.

Payment:
You may pay for your order online with PayPal or the following Credit Card brands; MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. To pay for an order with Wire Transfer or Check, please call AB Salon Equipment to place your order over the phone with a sales representative.

Orders placed outside of the US:
If you are located outside of the US, or have a billing address located outside of the US, please call AB Salon Equipment to process your order over the phone. The only payment accepted for orders outside of the US is Wire Transfer / ACH. If your final shipment destination is outside of the US, you must have a freight forwarder located in the US that AB Salon Equipment can ship to. AB Salon Equipment is not responsible for any duties, fees, or tariffs. AB Salon Equipment is also not responsible for shipment beyond the freight forwarder.

Pricing:
Pricing is subject to change within 24 hours of order placement. If there is an error in pricing on your order, you will be notified within 24 hours of order placement. AB Salon Equipment will hold your order until we receive a response. 

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs may be subject to change after order placement. If there is an error in pricing of shipping options, you will be notified as soon as possible. IE Residential vs Commercial shipping charge. AB Salon Equipment will hold your order until we receive a response.
